WG999 Terms & Conditions – Use of the Platform Full Policy

Wg999.best (hereinafter referred to as "wg999", "we", or "the platform") is an online betting and gaming platform serving adult users in Bangladesh and other designated countries. These Terms & Conditions apply to all users of any wg999 service.

By creating an account, placing a bet, playing a game, or using any service on the platform, you are considered to have fully accepted these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any of the terms, please refrain from using wg999's services.

In addition to these terms, our Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and Bonus Terms and Conditions also apply. Together, these documents form the complete legal basis of your relationship with wg999.

Age & Eligibility

To register an account with wg999, applicants must be at least 18 years of age. Minors are not permitted to create accounts, and any such account identified will be closed immediately. A national ID card or passport may be requested during registration to verify age.

One Account Policy

Each person may only register one account. Opening multiple accounts under the same name, IP address, payment method, or device is strictly prohibited. Any violation of this rule may result in all associated accounts being suspended and balances forfeited.

Accuracy of Information

All information provided at registration — name, date of birth, address, and mobile number — must be accurate and up to date. wg999 reserves the right to close any account created with false or incorrect information at any time.

Account Security

You are responsible for keeping your account login details confidential. You may not allow anyone else to access your account. If you suspect unauthorized access, contact wg999 support immediately.

Certain rules apply when placing bets on wg999. Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or changed — the only exception is closing a bet early under specific circumstances using the "Cash Out" feature.

Odds Changes

Odds may change at any time. However, your bet will always be settled at the odds that were in place at the moment of confirmation. If the "Auto-accept Odds Changes" setting is enabled, the latest available odds will be applied.

Determining Bet Outcomes

Wg999 uses internationally recognized standards to determine bet outcomes. If a match is cancelled or incomplete, all bets on the relevant markets are voided and stakes are refunded. However, under certain conditions — such as when the designated number of overs has been completed — bets may still stand.

Maximum & Minimum Bet Limits

Each market has a defined minimum and maximum bet limit. These limits may vary by game type, odds, and tournament. Bets outside the set limits cannot be placed — the system will automatically keep your stake within the allowed range.

Technical Errors

If incorrect odds are displayed or a bet is accepted in error due to a technical fault in wg999's system, wg999 reserves the right to void that bet. Bets placed at clearly erroneous odds will be cancelled and the original stake returned.

Financial transactions at wg999 are fast and secure. Deposits and withdrawals are supported via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. Standard limits and processing times are outlined in the table below.

Withdrawal Conditions

Your account must be fully verified (KYC) before you can make a withdrawal. Withdrawals may be required to go back to the same payment method and account used for the original deposit. If a bonus is active, withdrawing before completing the wagering requirement may result in the bonus being forfeited.

Currency

All transactions on wg999 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). If a foreign currency is used, the applicable conversion rate will apply.

Wg999 bonus offers are provided under specific terms and conditions. Each bonus has its own wagering requirements, validity period, and eligibility criteria.

• Each bonus can only be claimed once (unless otherwise stated).
• Claiming a new bonus while another is still active is generally not permitted.
• Withdrawing before completing the wagering requirement may result in the bonus being forfeited.
• Any unused bonus will be automatically cancelled once it expires.
• If bonus abuse is detected, the relevant bonus and any associated winnings may be voided.
• Multiple accounts within the same household, address, or IP address are not eligible to claim bonuses.

Wg999 reserves the right to modify, discontinue, or amend the terms of any bonus offer at any time. Check the bonus page regularly for the latest offers and updates.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on wg999. Any violation may result in account closure and balance forfeiture.

• Creating multiple accounts or using another person's account.
• Bonus abuse — including claiming bonuses across multiple accounts, fake referrals, and arbitrage betting.
• Attempting to fix matches or unfairly influence the outcome of any event.
• Hacking, using bots, or deploying any automated software on the platform.
• Using wg999 for money laundering or transacting funds from illegal sources.
• Threatening, harassing, or using abusive language toward other players or wg999 staff.
• Deliberately exploiting incorrect odds or system errors for personal gain.

You may request to close your account at any time by contacting our support team via email or live chat. Before the account is closed, any pending bets will be settled and your remaining balance can be withdrawn.

Wg999 may temporarily suspend or permanently close your account under the following circumstances:

• If any breach of the terms and conditions is detected.
• KYC verification is incomplete or has failed.
• If unusual or suspicious activity is detected on an account.
• If required by a legal or regulatory authority.
• A self-exclusion request has been submitted (under Responsible Gaming tools).

A fair withdrawal process is guaranteed even after account closure; however, if an account is closed due to a violation, the balance may be forfeited.

Wg999 strives to maintain the highest service standards on its platform. However, wg999's liability is limited in the following areas:

• If a bet is affected by internet disconnection or third-party network issues.
• Force majeure — unforeseeable events such as earthquakes, floods, war, or government restrictions.
• Losses or issues resulting from problems with the player's own device or internet connection.
• Financial losses from betting — wg999 is an entertainment platform and does not guarantee monetary returns.

Wg999 is always committed to meeting its payment obligations. If a bet is settled incorrectly due to a technical error, it will be corrected and the right amount paid or refunded accordingly.
